Personality;; She's a geek, teacher's pet, nerd, whatever you want to call her - she loves school. Tori excels in math, language arts - almost everything. This earns her many taunts from her peers. She grins and bears it, not saying a single word, but these insults bite at her. She's always wished she could be more rebellious.
She can be shy and far-off, but once you get to know her, she's very friendly. Helping in any way she can, Tori will gladly do anything for her friends. Including fight. The girl sucks up any injuries given by bullies to herself, but when you hurt her friends, you're in a whole different league. She's learned plenty of painful maneuvers from having them used on herself. Ouch.
And yet, there's that little part of her that just wishes she would use sarcasm once in a while, or skip school. It rarely happens, but sometimes she allows that voice to come out. Unfortunately, she always has a teacher ready to say 'we'll give you a second chance - don't do it again' no matter how many times it happens.
Despite this, otherwise, she's quite the risk taker. She's tried cliff diving, and loves it. Tori has gone mountain climbing, exploring caves, and white-water rafting. She has a lot of fun going against what steriotypes people give her.

Tori is a small-town girl, having lived in the nearby town all her life until she came to Tinito's. She was always the little girl that the teachers cooed over, and the parents told their children they should act more like her. She's always hated it.
Surprisingly, she's the first one in her family to be gifted. Her mother, a college professor, believes it to be because she was born near so many gifteds - it was a result of their enviorment.

Hobbies;; Cliff diving, reading, art.
Extracurriculars;; Dive/Swim team. She's learning to close her gills so she can participate in competitions, but for now just practices.

Powers;; She's a water elementalist, and as a side effect of this power, she has gills which help her breath underwater.
Drawbacks;; She is dehydrated very easily, and cannot use her powers against fire elementalists. If she is electrocuted, it is unlikely she will survive. Touch her gills, and she can't breath, even on land.
